Jessica is an experienced corporate attorney with expertise in the technology and financial services industries. For over 8 years, Jessica has worked with US, European, and Latin American companies, negotiating and closing strategic deals for clients. 

 

With experience in both the private and public sector Jessica works with a variety of companies to meet corporate compliance goals, support sales organizations, and organize corporate matters.

Jessica is licensed in New York State. She received her law degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law and her bachelor's from Seton Hall University.
